Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every piece you order from Passenger, but if the fit isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
- 2.Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to avoid processing delays.
- 3.Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
